Hackman Mango

One of my best friends came over and I felt like cooking something fast & fresh for him. Cubed onions, halved mini tomatoes, crushed feta and corn salad (Valerianella locusta, in Finnish vuonankaali). That's it. 3 minutes and you've got the happiest vegetarian in town that night.

And oh! We used balsamico syrup as dressing.

Had to check from Wikipedia. It's Valerianella locusta = corn salad in English.
