Sussex Vistas' photostream

I perhaps should have advertised this here sooner than I have done but I'm taking part in a small exhibition this evening at Eastbourne Framing Centre.

If you're in the area and want to say hello and take a look at some of my photographs in printed form please do drop in. It's running from 7pm until 8pm and can be found just opposite the train station near the mini-roundabout.

A light sea of red poppies leads up to the south downs near Firle, East Sussex.

This shot of the sun setting behind Firle Beacon in East Sussex was taken from Windover Hill near to the Long Man of Wilmington site. I'd previously checked out this location and knew the shot I was after before arriving. This shot is a HDR of 7 frames used to capture the extremes of exposure caused by shooting into the sun for this photograph.
