So here's an interesting fact: if you pre-scramble (but don't cook) your eggs for camping, and put them in a half-pint tub, and then pack a half-pint of your latest ice cream creation (crème brûlée) and fail to eat it the night you arrive, it will melt and look almost like the pre-scrambled eggs, but will fail entirely to scramble when you grab them by mistake and pour them in a hot pan.


And you'll stand there wondering why the eggs are foaming and boiling and smelling vaguely like caramel.


And then someone will go "dude, that's your ice cream" and everyone will laugh and take pictures and taste the custard which is still pretty damn delicious despite being boiled.
