Ukadiche Modak

Ukadiche Modak by supersam5.
Steamed rice flour dumplings or 'ukadiche modak' as they're known in Marathi. These delectable delicacies are essentially made up of a soft and fluffy rice flour cover that encloses sweet coconut filling. These are supposed to be the favourite food of Lord Ganesh, one of most loved deities in the Hindu pantheon.
