14 hours later she will be fully recovered.
The next morning, when asked how are you doing, she replied "well I had my amino acids so I am not sore". She also says she sleeps very soundly since she has started working out.

Kera Takes First!
Kera has improved by leaps and bounds weeks ago she was grasping for air after a couple push up and jumping jacks, now she is the first place finisher among women. Great job Kera!
