To Do public art in Dumbo

Saw this while walking to lunch with Adam Varga today. I recognized it from Tina's Flickr and had to stop and take a photo!

Have you ever seen the windows of any NY&Company (clothing) stores? Some of them include Spanish and an entire window will be covered with the Spanish word "Todo," meaning overall/entire sale.
