This is the classic dessert in Uji, Kyoto.
It is made of Macha, Japanese green tea powder, both of the ice cream and jelly. The deep red mush is made of Azuki beans, sweet and tasty. And the white is Shiratama, rice-flour dumpling, made of rice.
When summer comes, this set become popular in Kyoto, even in all of Japan. The most recommend dessert!
