Some of the slimey blobs are 125 miles long and are also consuming sea life. This is not a myth, we saw video of the nasty detritus on a news report and it looks like floating snot...
# The aforementioned blobs result from warmer ocean waters and are said to be ingesting and generating bacteria, including E. coli... It appears to us that this is being ignored, even "kept quiet", by the governments and the scientific community, like everything else about global warming. Certifiable lunacy!
# Severe drought and flooding are becoming commonplace globally, causing increasing food shortages.
# Mosquitoes and other disease carrying insects are spreading into regions that are warming, introducing diseases such as malaria and dengue fever into new areas.
# And the obvious: the more CO2 in the air we breathe, the less oxygen in our brains -- one more "dumbing down" factor in "the age of stupid"...

What would their conversation be?
There were several strips in which Calvin protest what adults are doing to the planet, and others with melting snowmen (like the one posted by "Norhern Bands")
I wonder whether Bill Watterson would mind editing the messages in the snowmens signs.
