    I didn't want extension cables lying on the floor so fixed them to the underneath of the table using a couple of chains (3 of 5)

      It's so I can plug the computer into the large Fostex monitor speakers - the 2 back leads coming out of the top of it go to the speakers and there's a phono to mini jack leading to the computer.

      Admittedly the mixer is a bit overkill for the purpose but it's not really worth buying a new one when I have that one already. It would be better if I could use my Firewire soundcard but one of the outputs on that is broken.
