Spring in Oslo

I decided it was high time for a trip back to beloved Scandinavia! This time it was Oslo. It was a fantastic trip all round. Oslo is a lovely and unique city - so different to continental Europe. I was fortunate enough to be there for the 17th of May (Constitution Day) celebrations which were extraordinary in many ways - the traditions, the lively atmosphere, the parties, the parades...you have to see it to believe it!
