We're debating having a guy put new doors and drawers on our cabinets. He'll charge just $300.
The hitch is it puts our listing plans on hold for at least another week.
Maybe we can get away with just painting the trim and leaving the cabinets as they are?

We're actually house-hunting right now, and I can tell you that your $300 investment will probably net you a couple grand on the market. Stoopid buyers.

I heard back from the guy. He's coming Wed. to do the measuring. I'll start painting everything while he completes the doors.
