Watching over the Raclette
You can just about make out the flame coming from that contraption. The melted cheese is scraped onto potatoes and cornichons...yum... but I had a toasted cheese sandwich that day.

David focussing on the raclette machine, the cheese is called Ogleshield. If you're not careful and you let it melt too much, the sides collapse and you end up with molten cheese all over the table rather than on the potatoes. Dangerous work :)
