Black Pepper Crab

While the crab was spectacular, the black pepper sauce was a little one-dimensional.

We had our final dinner in Singapore at Long Beach Seafood Restaurant.

pity about the sauce... i love dry curried crab with curry leaves. not sure what else is inside, but it is buttery, and coconut-y!
