This image is very pleasing to me. I especially like the fact that you manage to get some depth into the shot by having a foreground, leading lines "into" the background. The silhouette of the girl/guy to the left to me is an important element in this shot that makes it more interesting.
To me the monochrome look of this piece is strong and works very well for the subject.
