Buddha Stroll Through Angkor Wat
Here we are at the heart of a wonder of the world (in my book).
I sat in the corner of the temple for a long time, just chilling out and listening to my ipod. Dozens of monks from all over Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Tibet, and places even further away came streaming through the temple complex to meditate.
The monks from the local wats are allowed to choose from six different color robes, and you can see two of them below.
Here are your Your Favorite photos! And here is Page 2 Thanks again for all your nice comments (and the critical ones)!

WOW! Incredible shot!!! I would like to achieve that with my pics, but no close... Suppose it's years of experience and some study but... any clue?? Is that an HDR?
Thanks for sharing the pic!

It's not very straight... Ok, who am I kidding? It's just FANTASTIC as usual :)
Is it 1 RAW HDR? Or just some clever post processing?
V!SNAP (72 months ago | reply)

Very good shot ! I guess if it is HDR it was made with 1 shot since the monks are not blurry ?

To me pictures from Angkor Wat are always somehow very similar (however beautiful). You know, everybody brings back the same large one of Angkor Wat sunrise and/or sunset with the lake, wild trees from Tha Phrom etc. Thank you for putting them in a totally different perspective. This one is my favorite by far. It inspires me to go back to my own photos and to try to re do them. Not to mention that they inspire me to go back to Cambodia ASAP :) That place is so special that I am almost scared to go back because I fear that the experience can't be repeated. Enjoy!
