Daily Photo - Finding Dinner in the Alleys of Kyoto
After exploring an area (and era!) of ancient temples in Kyoto, I was absolutely starving. I tend to get in a "shooting mode" where I do not undertake basic human necessities like eating, sleeping, and making regular bathroom breaks. In fact, Nikon makes this great set of diapers you should try. They're Japanese so there are little buttons that dispose of everything and leave you fresh as a daisy.

Anyway, after shooting, I headed down into the old part of Kyoto to find a traditional Japanese dinner. I sat there for a long time, enjoying myself thoroughly..

    Fantastic image!

Giving you a heads up Trey, Ski Shores restaurant is closing down soon so if you're into their food I would suggest grabbing a bite from there while you still can. I think I remember you saying that you live close to the Pennybacker bridge in one of your images so I figured you may have been to this restaurant before. I just posted up a new image from there talking a little bit about it if you want to learn more.

Great shot. Surprised no one has mentioned the diapers yet. I mean you could go longer and probably better shots if you had diapers and a 'beer hat' with energy shakes in it. That would certainly be a look!
