Terrific. Lola is obviously cheating because they couldn't be making food this good if they were playing fair. The squab is "corned" - that is rubbed with spices including salt and coriander.

I complimented the chef on the way out. I told him how much of a shame it is when you get mediocre foie gras as so often happens. This was far from mediocre.
