so.

trin's futon was about the worst i'd ever experienced, so we dismantled the frame and laid the mattress out on the ground.

then we sawed the legs off the coffee table, nailed some clocks up on the wall and set up a back rest pillow for trin.

the result? a much more comfortable living space.

it is red indeed. you can see for yourself in the colour version.

You don't look that comfortable though

i was just sitting down after setting the self timer. i think rebecca found the whole exercise rather amusing.

I am also glad to see that she's enjoying her PSP ;)

she is. it was very neglected until she picked up The Sims 2 for PSP the other day. now it is getting a lot of use.

    Luis Bunuel would be proud!

all i know is that i don't have an awful metal frame clearly felt through that mattress.

    Ha!

Well, my initial reaction was something along the discombobulatory emotion of Guy Maddin cinema, but that felt a bit too saucy. Although, sauce is good.

Getting rid of the futon frame and sawing the legs off the coffee table made my living room a *much* more comfortable place to be.
