blackbird

this is the view i get when i wake up and look out.

i love it.

though this photo was taken much later than when i woke up, but with a blackbird to make it all the more idyllic.

This picture reminds me of a house I used to stay at on Martha's Vineyard.
The curtains were different and it was a blue-jay instead of a blackbird, but the feeling is the same.
