It's a shop in a little square in a small town. The shops are all brightly painted and cater for tourists. I suppose someone thought this was a good decor idea.

LOL Mike, I try to come up with good titles and despite being a bit lacking as a wordsmith, the perfect title does occasionally come to mind.
