Scotland's Climate Change Bill Mass Lobby - Edinburgh, Scotland, UK - 24th June 2009.

Campaigners from Stop Climate Chaos Scotland along with members of the public today lobbied MSP's inside the Scottish Parliament about the Scottish Climate Change Bill. The bill has been hailed as world leading and includes a 42 percent emissions reductions target.
