Taken with three macro lenses stacked on a zoom lens on a Canon 40D.
Strobist info: I used a Canon Speedlite 430EX (with a Sto-Fen Omnibounce diffuser) tethered to the camera with a Canon OC-E3 Off-Camera Shoe Cord. I handheld the Speedlite in front of my eye on the side of lens. Unfortunately, due to the very shallow depth of field with the macro lenses, I had to take a number of pictures to get this one...temporarily blinding myself.

Be careful taking lots of pictures of your eyes - my vision has declined because of that.. -.- But I took thousands of photos(literally). Try not to use the flash a lot.

Simply awesome! I've tried that a few times, but haven't gotten anything nearly that good. What was the distance from the front of the lens to your eye? Must have been mighty close!
