Walk Jog Run

I've recently discovered this site (walkjogrun.net). I've also recently fallen in love (with aforementioned site). I can map my runs, calculate distances, calories burned, etc, etc. I can also view other public runs in my area. Suhweet.

Bigger is a bit better.

6.72 miles in 59 minutes, that's an impressive time, something to be proud of. The nike+ interface definitely made me want to get out and run more, that was until I killed my knee running. I'm thinking I could have a pretty good lawsuit against them (free shoes for life, yes please). Now I am slowly trying to rehab back to where I was.
