Mounted in Times Square

I like the color combinations here... and the difference in focus. I think this would make a unique and interesting crop. :-)

The horse was a little sketched out, but remarkably staid given the roaring traffice, sirens, kids reaching up to touch him while shrieking, flash photographers all around (I refrained) and, of course, the insane Times Square lights.

Wonderful shot. Police horses pretty much have to be "bomb-proof" or they don't last long on the beat. I used to ride in a volunteer street patrol in Boston and we used retired police horses for that reason.
