      Is this color photo enhanced, or is it the true color from the minerals?

      This is not enhanced,... Mind u i did have a polarising filter on my lens, that does make colours a bit brighter... The colours of the minerals of the geothermal pools do change, they are never quit the same, they can be darker one day and be different the next day!
