After posting a single shot of this moon alignment, I didn't pay much attention to my many other shots until I noticed that the Aero Beacon (permanent lighthouse signal) was present in some of my shots - including this one where it seems to be trying to outshine the moon at the left edge of the Lighthouse windows.
This is an HDR treatment of three shots whereas what I previously posted was a single exposure. I left the automated HDR rendering a tad gritty and garish just for fun.
There is a bit of science, a bit of trigonometry, and for this particular location a healthy bit of meteorological luck required for everything to come together.
