If you've never been to Melbourne you may find this less funny.

...obviously for people trying to find Jesus, this sign is a godsend.

Yes, the bicycle on the sign refers to Matthew 19:24 - "it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God".

If you are rich enough to have a car, you cannot get to Jesus. However, if you ride a bike, you're OK. Give your car away.
