It took me about 4 minutes. But I kind of cheated by doing it at the studio - almost everything was already set up.

Andrew (the resident photographer) uses an 8x4' sheet of perspex on a frame to fire lights through. He had left it set up, with a sheet of white fabric draped over the front for a further layer of diffusion. All I did was set a light up behind it on a stand.

Damn, that's a fugly shirt. And the sleeves are too short (or is it that my arms are too long?)
