I like this low shot photography as you can get some very unusual shots of every day things. This would have been nicer if the line actually took you somewhere. Good effort though!

Thanks for the comments. I wasn't trying to get anywhere with the shot. I was trying to stay in tight as if the yellow doesn't end. I got close.

Cool, now if only i could find a road as empty as that......lets be honest i'd probably drive on it;)

I really like the pavement texture. Here's my take on a similar idea:

not that this photo wasn't in enough groups by now but there's a special one for this kind of yellow line ... and in case i'm going blind and i missed that group in the list on the right, just disregard this comment ;-)

I know you've added this image to many group pools, but here is a suggestion for PART. The group pool has particular guidelines, and this image fits perfectly. Congratulations on a fine photo with perfect DOF!

Nice job. I think Elsa did one like that too. But she had a person at the end of the road.

Very simple, very effective - lovely use of colour and simple shapes

Your simple stipe reminds me that every local politician in Georgia (and maybe other states, too) has a road or intersection named in his/her honor. Why not etch the name of each citizen who renounces voting these self aggrandized idiots into office with a yellow stripe of our own?

Hi, I'm an admin for a group called Yellow line - gul midtstripe, and we'd love to have your photo added to the group.

It's a non-commercial usage in a ppt, will give full attribution. Msg me dana.todd[ at] gmail please to confirm it's ok and tell me how to do the attribution.
