      Get a lower angle and put one of the statues prominent int he foreground. Using a telephoto (greater than 50mm will compress the shot and make the guy in the background looking at the items more part of the shot. I'm thinking with a 70mm lens at F4 or F5.6 shot as a vert. as you did with one of the statues in the foreground big on the left side of the frame with the guy in the background out of focus but clearly exposed.
