Megabus

For Leslie's monumental b-day, we took the megabus direct bus service from Minneapolis to Chicago. Just as quick as driving yourself (6.5 hrs), cheaper ($30-$40 RT), and less stressful. Highly recommended. Megabus is a British company that had its debut here in the Midwest a year or so ago, initially offering one-way service for as little as $1.00. The first couple we talked to before boarding was also celebrating a momentous b-day (in their case, her 60th) and was also going to the House of Blues. Small world!
