Different Slant

Another one from the glass sided Cardiff International Pool, part of the new Sports Village in Cardiff Bay. A more abstract view, I liked the way the leading edge of the clouds and the lights pointed in opposite directions.

Well I was gonna say that! Actually I was going suggest you trying to get the clouds to sweep towards the building on the last photo, obviously you can already suck eggs!!!

I like this one even if you stole my thunder.

A keen eye Steve. I doubt many others would have spotted this shot or executed it any better............ken

One of things I like about IR on the canons is the filters are so strong that you have to do very long exposures to get enough light to hit the sensor. Great lines on this one Steve.

Not sure which I like best, they are both UBER shots Mr C. Love the tranparency of the glass here.

      Merci Monsieurs.. et madame..

      Egg sucking is a hobby.

If a job is worth doing, its worth doing long...

I'm stuffed now Andy... I don't have another one...

Thanks Ken... I admit I was rather nervous taking these. They are both from the bit of wasteground at the back of the pool. I was on my way back from work and the pool car park was chocka full of kids having a swim after school. I was wandering round the back with a camera on a tripod, probably looking a bit suspicious pointing it at a glass building full of kids ... If anyone had come out to question me would they believe that "its a wide angle lens taking infrared long exposures"??

So, these were actually a bit rushed....I'd love to go back when it's closed and take a bit more time.
