    Whole-apartment rents near fiber must have gone through the roof, or is this not-so-fast algorithm your retirement hobby? Early retirement I mean... :-)

    Its fast, very fast however still slow enough normal normal latency ranges (20-30ms)not to make much difference. I actually run the live trading out of a datacenter now.

    Was your algorithm able to short the July nosedive on Russell 2000 after wandering around 850? Or did you need to intervene...?

    Yeah, not as well as I had hoped. August made up for it though, especially with the European markets.
