These are all tame birds belonging to Trevor Hill, who does excellent falconry displays. We had him over to Lower Brockhampton for a children's event and he and his son Steve were utterly brilliant.

yeah. it's a barnowl. the brights are a little too bright, you lose detail in the feathers. i'd like to see all of the owl if it's going to be best viewed large.

This is such a stunningly beautiful photograph of this animal it touched me deeply. The color of the feathers and fine detail of of the wing is so amazing it has sucha softness to it. A fuzzyness that amkes you want to hug the animal almost and yet respect it for its beauty of it's wildness...you have such an eye that goes beyond a mere camera thanks so much!
