      Is this east side of downtown LA?
      I've passed by there several times.
      In the evening, it was always empty.

      This is Los Angeles and 4th...I live right there. One block behind me is 4th and Main...which is the old bank District...which as you know is THE BOMB! And the center of the Art Walk!
