ok, i'm going to be the voice of dissent... while i really like the shadows and highlights, and the subject is perfect, the composition feels a bit crowded to me. a tight framing like this just seems at conflict with the simple relaxed subject...
far be it from me to give pointers to a pro such as yourself (and you know I love your work) but for me, this one just feels like it had more to offer... sorry... (don't hate?)

Wow. Love these tones. Gotta try this Rodinal. All the cool kids are doing it. Please tell me why Rodinal is so good. I know I could google up a bunch of info or disinfo, but I'd love to hear your thoughts.
This is just a great shot. Makes me want to play my guitar, which I haven't touched for months.

I just love this.
I think this is maybe my favorite portrait, of yours, yet! I love the expressiveness, the tight cropping is perfect. And I'm really just a big sucker for the 3200 film. It looks amazing when pushed!
