    A real Eye Catcher. One of my favorite views in Tungelsta. Oskar Andersson my grandfather (on my mother's side of the family), who was a a gardener and a builder, built this house on Tungelstavägen many years ago. I think I like this photo the best. Here is the same place just a few days ago. Owned by Karl Gustaf "Utta" Björklund.

      It is. I don't remember exactly, but around 8 million SEK or so I think.

      Yes, indeed, that's expensive, but not very much. Unfortunately, here in the Basque Country (Spain) we are used to this high prices. Here a house like that costs more than 8 million SEK. Yesterday I saw a detached house, smaller than this one and with only a small garden, near the coast, that cost 2.150.000 € (about 20,257,808.95 SEK). Crazy!
      This house is idyllic.
      This summer I will go to Sweden and I'm sure I'm going to visit the area.

      De nya ägarna till Fridhem har precis flyttat in. Tomten skall nog styckas upp snart och då blir det nog ett par nya hus här.
