broken nalgene - 5

i know, they're not supposed to break, but this is the second one i've cracked. it always seems to happen in the "3rd world" too. this one i accidentally dropped from about waist height on a sidewalk in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico.
the other one i broke i dropped from about 18 inches on the street in Porto Alegre, Brazil.

How high did it fall from? Is that the polycarbonate version? What broke? The lid you can replace. You should have sent it back to Nalgene for a replacement.

Is there really a lifetime warranty? I had not heard.

Well, whatever, I don't use them anymore because of the estrogen leeching into the water problem. I now use steel bottles.
