what is graphic design?

i felt like going back to some old methods/techniques i havent used in awhile.

To take full advantage of Flickr, you should use a JavaScript-enabled browser and

Well, knowing your away around can be, but creating text is rather simple. And the lighting and whatever is easy to play around with.
That's not a very good answer, is it? Just check out some intro tutorials, and you should get an idea.
