Don't really know how I feel about this guy. I like the picture, but I can't help but think that he is a result of illegal pet trade. Also never seen a parrot in a flea market before...

@J-Fish: You are undoubtedly right about the illegal trade issue. I think these were probably smuggled from South America. There are often birds for sale at our local flea on Sundays, but usually they are in cages. I don't think they should be there, either, but I like to document the reality of my local community.
