Milkyway as seen from Trysil shot with samyang 8mm fisheye

    Newer Older

The Milky Way is a barred spiral galaxy 100,000-120,000 light-years in diameter containing 200–400 billion stars. . It is estimated to be about 13.2 billion years old, nearly as old as the Universe. I photographed this when I was on a star hunting tour, its amazing to see with binoculars.

      2 mounths ago,i need to choose from Pentax_DA10-17 F3.5-F4.5 and Samyang 8mm.
pentax_DA10-17 is a zoom lens,i can use soft filter at(14mm-17mm).

Samyang 8mm is more wide, it's a manual lenses! This is the most important point. So we can change the IRIS as masahiro did.

      finally i choose the DA10-17 ^_^
Welcome to my space to see, thanks

Extremely well captured and processed night image. The blend of colors really pop out
in this milky way scenery.I must give this night photography a try. i like what i see here.
