Fufu in light (tomato) soup with goat

Fufu in light (tomato) soup with goat

Fufu (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fufu) is a paste that is served under the soup. Traditionally Ghanians eat this dish with their hands (the restaurant supplies a bowl of water and dish soap to wash your hands with before and after the meal). I ate it with a spoon, I must admit, but it was excellent. My colleague thought it had the consistency of play doh.

Tro Tro (Halleluyah)

Tro Tro (Halleluyah)

TroTros are shared taxi vans that go along fixed routes. They almost always have some kind of slogan on the back of them and are generally completely full (and bursting at the seams).
