Walled city of Lahore is the best place in the world for street photography. The people are nice and friendly and every time I pick up my camera and go through those maze of streets, I rediscover my city and my passion for photography all over again !

After waiting for years I have finally upgraded to a new camera and lens. Loving the sharp and crisp images from my D7000 and 50mm 1.4 prime lens and loving the fact that I have a picture to post almost daily :)

Taken at Central park for a group of talented belly dancers. I am so in love with this place. I can't come up for a title for this picture. Suggestions please?

Old Lahore, dark narrow alleys where light rarely reaches, streets alive with the voices of street vendors, laughing children, chattering elders, merry voices of girls behind the curtained dingy quarters, women bickering with vendors over pennies. This is the busiest part of Lahore, life has moved on in these dark alleys, yet something of the past has seeped in their lifestyle. They shopkeepers, passer bys might be very busy but if you stop them to ask something, they would be totally at your disposal. Lahore Lahore ayy….
