Adrien François Servais (1807-1866) cello virtuoso.

For biography and more info see here.

Servais enjoyed great fame in his lifetime. He was often called ‘the Paganini of the cello’. Among others, Hector Berlioz and Gioacchino Rossini uttered those very words.
