Ice Fish: shellfish, horseradish, parsley

Icefish from antarctica are the skinny little "tendrils" stuck in the piped-horseradish. They're absolutely tiny and fried whole. You could still see a tiny little eye. Razor-thin clam "chips" and some other things are all stuck into the horseradish cream to look like the bottom of the ocean.

Probably the coolest plating I've ever seen in my entire lie. You just wanted to sit and stare at this.
