Cyclist allegedly arrested at Critical Mass/First Amendment Rally in Union Square, apparently for riding his bike across a giant flag. (UPDATE: he was later set free.)

yeah, it was a pretty trumped up charge. the kid did a good job at staying calm and not inciting things further. (the crowd was doing a good enough job at that!)
