@amdrake: As far as I know these are sycamore trees (Platanus occidentalis). Their branches usually get cut every year, this creates this special form. Thanks for your friendly comment!

@qimg: It's a welcome challenge to dig out my spanish. I admit the sky is blown out. The light at that day was so intense and I didn't want to loose the shadow details in this picture. Maybe a 4ND grad could have helped.
