Manabezho Falls

Manabezho Falls by SpringChick.
Manabezho Falls on the Presque Isle River in Michigan's Porcupine Mountains State Park. During periods of heavy rain and in the spring, water rushes over the entire breadth of this waterfall. To view this waterfall after heavy rains, see this photo from another visit:

Yes, hard not to fall in love with them. Did you get a chance to visit the set of waterfalls along the Black River Scenic Byway -- west of the Porkies, north of Ironwood? There are 5 good sized waterfalls along the Black River as is flows to Lake Superior -- stunning!
