Better Nothing Than Almost's photostream  

these are Keren and Gil, Israelies i met in Motueka, NZ. Gil was working at one of the Kiwi's orchards in Motueka and Keren traveled with her boyfriend Markus. i stayed in this backpackers (hostel) for about a month and a half, working 3 hours a day and the rest of it just relaxing...Keren also decided to stay there to work with me for a while and we also traveled together. some people say that Gil looks like Jesus...i've never seen Jesus so i'm not sure ;) anyway, we had breakfast together almost every morning, and this morning i brought my camera with me and this is the result, Keren couldn't stop laughing and neither did I.

btw, i've seen a photo of Gil without his beard and he's pretty handsome.
oh, and Keren is one of my best friends now, even though we don't get to see each other very often.

Our Daily Topic - Handle With Care

if there's anything i believe in, it's Karma. when you're good to the world, the world will be good to you.

today, through a project at my university (TAU), i arrived to the local blood bank and donated thrombocytes. it was a long, uncomfortable process, about 2 hours of laying still and not moving my hand. but i know my blood will go to a child who suffers from Leukemia, and that's enough to make it worth it.

so if you're healthy, go to the local blood bank and spread your health. it will be good for you :)

escalators, in a Metro Station in Prague.

these were really long and fast, whether you go up or down - you feel the strong wind on your face, and if the train comes, you hear a loud noise. so it really feels like going inside a time machine...especially when you go out of the station and you see all these old buildings.

somewhere in New Zealand. well, i do remember that it was in the Golden Bay area which is in the South Island. i also remember that at the same place there was a rock called "Devil's Boots" because it was in the shape of a boot coming from the ground. so that's it. if anyone sees it and knows what's the name of this beautiful place, please share.
