      "Big Orange Wall Quilt" cannot possibly be 'her' name....I thought you were sticking to one word girl names? Come on, she needs a good one! I may just make this my laptop wall paper. It is just so wonderful to look at. You may never sit on your couch again - you'll need to be across the room looking at this quilt all day long!!!

      Ah, yes, you know I've been having a dilemna regarding a name for this one. I was thinking I'd call it Kate, because it's made of "Kathy's Block" but I'm not a fan of Kathy. Hmmm, or Kat or Kath? I don't know. I think of this one as an "it." he he

      Oh, and it's waiting for approval into Fresh Modern Quilts. Sometimes it takes a bit! :)

      It's a no-binding technique-- the binding wraps around to the back, which I really like for wall hangings. I have a book that I think is called Art Quilt Workshop that details the technique, but I'm sure you can find it other places too.

      This is fantastic. The colors are absolutely perfect! I was not drawn to the quilt in the book so much, but your version has MUCH more appeal for me. I know others made the blocks, but you should be commended for your color picks. Awesome!!
